The Board of Directors of YNH Property Bhd ("YNHP or "the Company") wishes to announce that, Kar Sin Berhad ("KSB"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has received "Borang E" for the compulsory acquisition of the lands held under title H.S.(D)Dgs.6270 Lot 5302 Mukim Lumut, Daerah Manjung measuring 2.8729 acres for the project "Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Dato' Seri Kamaruddin" and the land held under title H.S.(D) 5618 PT 2806 Mukim Lumut, Daerah Manjung (within Manjung Point Township) measuring approximately 12.38 acres for the project "Sekolah Kebangsaan Seri Samudera".

Based on recent transaction within the locality of the property, the Company expects to receive approximately a total of RM8.6million in compensation which in turn is estimated to contribute to profit before tax of approximately RM5.9million and contribute positively to the cash flow of the Group for the year ending 31 December 2007.
