The Board of Directors of YNH Property Bhd wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, YNH Construction Sdn. Bhd. has acquired the following subsidiaries on 3 April 2007:
a) Subscribed 105,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each representing 70% of the total paid-up capital in YNH Engineering Sdn. Bhd. for a cash consideration of RM105,000.00. YNH Engineering Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 9 March 2007 with an authorised capital of RM500,000.00 and paid-up share capital of RM150,000.00.
b) Subscribed 30,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each representing 60% of the total paid-up capital in YNH Communication Engineering Sdn. Bhd. for a cash consideration of RM30,000.00. YNH Communication Engineering Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 9 March 2007 with an authorised capital of RM100,000.00 and paid-up share capital of RM50,000.00.
The principal activity of both companies will be on the business of contractors and engineering.
The above acquisitions are not expected to have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of the Company for the current financial year. None of the Directors or substantial shareholders or persons connected to them has any interest in the aforesaid acquisition.
