Reference is made to the query from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad dated 26 January 2007 in respect of the article appearing in Starbiz, page B2, on Friday, 26 January 2007.

The Board of Directors of YNH wishes to furnish the following additional information for public release:-

The Company wishes to announce that it is currently in discussion with a few parties who are interested to purchase the proposed building and among the parties interested are REIT operators.

The Company is continuously marketing the proposed building. However no sale has been concluded.

This announcement is dated 29 January 2007.

We refer to the above article appearing in Starbiz, page B2, on Friday, 26
January 2007, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the underlined
sentences, which are reproduced as follows:-

"YNH ... would negotiate to sell Capital Tower to the highest bidder."
